1) Band uniform shirts will be passed out at 6:00 p.m. the evening.
2) At 2:20 p.m. all 7th and 8th Grade Band members should come to the band room for a special combined practice on the football field for all bands. This rehearsal will end at 3:10 p.m.. Please let parents know that they will pick you up 7 minutes later on that day.
3) Arrive at the band room at 6:00 p.m.. for the Band Night show. We will warm up, and then head out to the field for the show. The Band Night show will begin at 7:10 p.m., so parents should be in the stands by that time. Your parents will need to buy a ticket, and they can get these tickets at the band room door before the game. In this way, all money received is donated to the band department. Students do not need to pay for a ticket. After the show, you will be able to put your instrument away, and then re-enter the game free if you wish. Otherwise, you will be finished and ready to go home by 7:45 p.m..
4) Please wear: White music department shirt, black pants or skirts, nice shoes. You will also need your flip folder and music lyre.
